A relaxed and comfortable environment with a friendly and helpful staff!
Had such horrible service. They were more worried about getting the money that insurance wouldn't cover then making a patient feel confident in why this certain type of treatment needed to be done. While I was still asking questions another hygienist in another room yelled out loud private information concerning my treatment. She violated the HIPPA law and she was with another patient when she did it. I was so embarrassed. Never going back again.
I was experiencing a lot of pain and totally didn't expect them to take care of it my first time in. Awesome staff and doctor!
I was in a lot of pain and very worried and nervous. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like all would be fine. A quote from Dr. "I want to save your tooth because I feel I am saving life". He then smiled and said "but it is up to you. I will be ok with whatever you want to do". He is very sincere and kind. And quick. That tooth was out quick. He knows what he is doing. The hygienist told me she loves cleaning teeth. Weird but awesome lol. Wow.
I won't say I loved the experience because let's be honest...its the dentist. BUT, staff is always nice and friendly and the Dr knows what he's doing and care about pain tolerance and what not. Overall great place to go.
Very friendly, Loved all the staff, the Doctor made me feel very at ease when I needed a filling and I was anxious. Will Be Recommending to Friends!
