My husband was a new patient with them. They did an estimate on a new bridge and claimed that they got preauthorization from our insurance company. They told us that our insurance was so good and that they were going to pay everything of the Over $5000 service but 300 of it and as it turns out the insurance company paid 300 of it. I have to admit that when my husband came home and told me that I questioned him because I thought that that was not sounding right - too good to be true. Check what you are paying for before the service. We have been going to this practice for a number of years. We have had 3 dentist. It is dental hygienist that do all the up selling. The last time I was in they told me I needed services not once did the Dr. speak up, The Hygienist did all the talking. I am paying for the services of the Doctor not the Hygienist. He should be doing the work outside a normal cleaning. They did work on my husband without telling him without informing him of the type of work to be done.

Really appreciate my experiences at Hershey Plaza. Dawn is a great hygienist who is very skilled at what she does. She always explains very clearly the next step and checks on the patient as she goes. Dr. K is a very kind of courteous Dentist. He is very personable and knowledgeable when suggesting treatment plans. He has great rapport with his staff and patients. Very professional staff. Concern about your well being, and working on your behalf to give you the smile you want P.S. Of all the dentist I have gone to over the past 45 years. I never experienced quality care for my eyes during the tooth drilling in the front. I was supplied sunglasses to protect from any particles invading my eyes. Kudos to the Staff.

I do not recommend them because all they care about is money and will lie to you and tell you something will be covered under you dental insurance and then bill you for it and when you ask why they say “ oh that wasn’t covered until next month when they told me it would be covered” before they ever scheduled my appointment. Please understand one thing this was a wisdom tooth that they pulled not one that was bothering me but one that they said should be pulled, so if it wasn’t bothering me then I could have waited a few week... read more
