RecommendedMy daughter went to him when she was a baby he's the Best EYE DR. My daughter is now 25 years old and he's done the best for her!! highly recommend him ... She wishes that she still could see him but she's to old now. We definetely miss him for her eye care Dr!

My 8 month old saw Dr. McManaway today and the experience couldn’t have been better! I know it can’t be easy doing an eye exam on such a little one, but he was so patient with her. He answered all our questions and took the time to look at pictures we had of our daughter that were concerning to us... I was there with my husband and two other children as well and the staff was so kind to everyone.
We have been going to Dr. McManaway for 13 years. Above all else he is unfailingly kind to my children, not only the one there for an appointment but also the others who trail along to appointments. His patience, skill, and professionalism have helped my daughter's sight immensely. We are so grateful to have found his practice!
My daughter has been with Dr. McManaway since she was 4 due to her uveitis. He has helped to keep it under control through all the ups and downs. He definitely is gifted at what he does and listens, explains, and cares for my child well.
Dr McManaway is a wonderful, kind and caring doctor. He always explains to my grandson what he is about to do and keeps things lighthearted. There are fun things including tv in the exam rooms. They have fun toys in the waiting room and our favorite is a big checker (rug) game. We've been going there for 7 years now and it's always been a very pleasant experience!
Dr. McManaway is an amazing doctor. Our daughter had to have surgery at the age of 3 1/2 and he was so sweet to her. He made her calm and trusting with his kind personality. He was very informative and personable with us, as parents. I would highly recommend Dr. McManaway for anyone in need of his services.
Dr. McManaway is the best out there. After months and months of seeing doctors at the med center, we were finally referred to Hershey Pediatric Ophthamology. He listened to us, had wonderful bedside manner and truly cared for my daughter. He was also willing to try other methods of care before performing surgery. Don’t hesitate to bring your little one to Dr. M!
