Update: They have changed their phone systems. It's now possible to leave a message and get a call back. Despite them saying the call back will be 24-48 hours, it has taken 4-5 business (not counting weekend) days. Some of the staff still struggle with my pronouns (they/them) despite that being marked in my profile. My mom had her second back surgery done here and the surgeon was great but this department is horrible. Tells her to get acupuncture and “pain psychologist” instead of prescribing anything to help. Refuses any medication for pain relief unless you’re a cancer patient. Dr. Vu doesn’t care about patients
Way better then my old pain management doctor
Staff is unbelievably amazing and have taken very good care of me. Highly recommend.
