Saw Dr.Vu and I have have a year of horrible pain from diabetes in my feet. I had an intern helping with notes and I just started to cry. I am so sick of paying copays for nothing. I see Dr. Riela here at pain management. My husband and my daughter see him as well. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with him. I have had a lot of health issues over the years and still do, so I've seen my share of doctors. Hands down Dr. Riela is the best doctor I have had for my pain issues. I have been seeing doctor vitali for pain management for years. He has been helpful and reapectful. I then had to see dr david giampetro... he didnt believe that pain can be disabling. Why do you work in a field you dont believe in? I have suffered from severe chronic back pain, and because he doesnt believe in it, i cant get the help i need. So he sends me off to refresh my mri and a new appointment in 2 months. Will be seeking new pain management. This dr shoudn't continue practicing medicine he doesnt believe in.
I was there and have serious pain after a serious injury, my bone was out of my skin, it was fixed and then fixed again….went to go there for pain because i couldn’t hardly work with my pain because of my injury….went here for pain management and all this goofy Dr. suggested was another surgery which would damage more nerves AND he walked out of the room before I could even ask my last question about this (Dr. Vorobeychik). Update: They have changed their phone systems. It's now possible to leave a message and get a call back. Despite them saying the call back will be 24-48 hours, it has taken 4-5 business (not counting weekend) days. Some of the staff still struggle with my pronouns (they/them) despite that being marked in my profile.
