Rude ! Don’t respect patients and they don’t do what they say. I regretted going there.
They did a filling and it fell out. They want to charge me again to refill this same filling......I have fillings from the age of 16 and I'm now 58 that are still there....so maybe the quality of work has declined
I had to cancel an appt due to an out of town emergency and I was told that I “might” incur a $50 cancellation fee. I have been a patient of HDA for only about a year but my dentist joined HDA and I was a patient of his for 25 years before he sold his practice to HDA. Today, as promised, I received a bill for $50 for cancelling my appt. This practice does not understand customer service at all. RecommendedWe have been going to this practice for a few years now and every hygienist, assistant or doc we have seen has been professional and thorough. The office is growing and includes what seems to be very state of the art equipment. Great dental practice.

My husband and I recently had our first visit there with Valerie! Now, Val has been cleaning our teeth for years and we love her so much that we followed her to HDA! Dr. Fortna did our exams and he was so kind and gentle. The office staff is great and it really does feel like family! We are excited to have found a practice that we both feel comfortable in!
Wonderful experience with this dentist! Patient and experienced with kids, fluoride free office, couldn’t be happier. Dr. Carol Layton checked off all my boxes on what I look for in a dentist and our dental assistant was fantastic too!
Several years ago I had a crown replaced as well as root canal done here. I had sensitivity with new crown and was told that it needed more time. It continued until I experienced severe pain almost 2 years later at which time I learned that the root canal had not removed all nerves and the infection that resulted required me to have the tooth removed.
Don't be more than 10 min late or they won't see you and will charge you $75 for the visit. On the other hand, if they're late 15min, they won't even apologize to you and expect you to understand.
