Amazing doctor, been with him for over 20 years now. Always finds the solution, always speaks with respect and gives you the time of day (I have an optometrist who after making people wait 3 hours, sees me for 2-5 mins and says wel that’s all I can do for today, come in another time), and the secretaries are very kind to me!
We have been patients of Dr. Hershenfeld for more than 15 years. It feels so good and secure being in such highly professional and attentive care. Yes – the office is too busy… Yes – we have to allocate extra time to see the doctor, even for the appointment booked long in advance… Yes – manner of socializing can be described as dry, to the point and straight forward… However, we are ready to suppress our little egotistical feelings for this doctor’s professional opinion, which is absolutely flawless and much superior to thos... read more
Word of advice, if you’re referred here for eye care, ask for a different referral. This place will give you an appointment for one time of day and expect you to sit around for two hours before the doctor will you. They know this. Yet they consistently maintain their flawed appointment system. If you value your time, if you value the time of the people helping you out, just book with another doctor whose office can actually honour their schedules and maintain some semblance of order.
