she is extremely intelligent, very kind and very reasonably priced to put the cherry on top! and the real bonus is, she has an amazing dog named Anna at the office who is so sweet and friendly. So if you love pets, affordable prices, and attention to detail, Dr. Hersh is a NO BRAINER!!!!
