I have left 2 messages last week for a nurse to call and no response. You are unable to call the office directly and need to leave messages with the call center. Unsatisfactory customer care!!!

Don't go if you expect to see a doctor. Don't call if you expect care. Don't wait if you are expecting lab results. Go to a real clinic. Locked me out of my account and refused to provide records requested so I could go elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional.
