Extremely disappointed with HERS. I worked with Carmen in June 2025 to place a tenant in my property. On paper, the tenant appeared financially qualified. Yet after just two months, they broke a one-year lease citing domestic violence even though the HERS agent Carmen in her email had described their situation as “wonderful co-parenting.” This raises serious concerns about HERS vetting process. Carmen and Tony are the best realtors I’ve ever had help me find a home for me and my family and let me tell you I’ve moved around quite a lot. They were extremely helpful no matter the situation. When I say they got my mom and I situated within 3 weeks, it's something that I'm super grateful and appreciative of.
