A/C estimate $2,000 to replace 13' of flex duct under home. Never put gauges on a/c unit never told me bad blower motor. I requested estimate said sent email never came. Said charge is high to to big overhead like wrapping all the vans. Said 13' flex change out is 5 hrs. 2 guys at $290 an hr. I bought the material hired someone all done 5hr. @ $380 total parts and labor. Price gouge and incomplete diagnoses. I'm not here tell talk bad just sharing my experience of truth full event.

My insurance company assigned them for plumbing issue. The plumber who came has no knowledge to identify the leak and cut the pipe and capped it to stop the flow of water. Then informed insurance company it’s a splinker issue. This caused insurance company to close the claim. I had to hire another plumber to identify the leak and fix the issue. He told “any plumber who has common sense will not do this type of work that this company did”. Attaching the photo of the work plumber from this company did.
It's been over a month for a hot water heater replacement. After initial visit, took 2 weeks for them to come out again, only for the tech to have no idea what the service order was for and said the previous plumber quit. Since then its been 3 weeks with 3 no call no shows. You have to wait on hold for 45 mins to get in touch with someone only to spend another 25 mins to schedule a plumber to come out... only for them to not show up. Horrible company.
These people are very racist.
