Absolutely the most unprofessional and disgusting service received from the nurses. Dr. Herron personally was lovely however DANYEL cut me off on the phone every time I tried to reason with her about one of their nurses personally calling to cancel my medication because she had an attitude. Then I asked for her name to file a complaint and she keeps saying “for what?!”. RecommendedMy family and I have been going to Herron Dermatology and Laser before they moved to their current location. My Dad is also a patient. This office is the most prompt doctors office I have ever been to. We arrive early and are usually in and out by our scheduled appointment time. We do not feel rushed and their bedside manner is second to none. We consistently have a great experience every time. Truly amazing!
i am impressed and satisfied with my treatment at this office. Megan is the absolute best and made me feel comfortable at my visits. i was nervous going in to have my first IPL treatment done and extremely happy with the outcome! she’s got the best personality and distracted me from what was going on and talked me through the whole thing. the pictures are yesterday morning before i went in and a picture of this morning. if you have trouble with rosacea and redness go see Megan! you will not be disappointed!!!

Dr. Herron and his staff are always courteous and professional. I’m in and out of the office in 30 to 40 minutes, even when I have a procedure as I did today.

I had such a good experience with Dr. Herron and his staff. Everyone was friendly and kind and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long, and I found myself enjoying conversation and laughing more than once, which isn’t something I usually expect at a doctor’s visit. Dr. Herron put me right at ease and took time to answer my questions. I’m so glad his practice was recommended to our family!
I love the staff at Herron and Bodiford Dermatology & Laser. The receptionists are friendly and professional as are the nursing staff. Dr. Herron is amazing too. he listens to what my issues are and helps find solutions. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
This is a wonderful practice with knowledgable and kind people. Would highly recommend them!
