I had a great experience at herrnstein working with Darren Koah. We bought a 2011 hyundai sonata.
After taking 2001 Hyundai sonta in for subframe recall, got car back and they didnt tighten bolts on steering. After assuring me they would correct, go over whole job agin & make right. I got home THEY DIDNT GIVE CAR ALIGNMENT. So now my steering wheel is not straight. Not taking it back 3rd time to "fix" again. Ill pay to have it done somewhere else... There is no price tag on peace of mind. If ya dont have time to do it right the 1st time, when are you going to have time to do it again?
