Bought a 2014 F150 in 2023. Didn’t see carfax, and didn’t know it was a thing. Truck showed only 30,000 and some mileage. Found out today when I tried to trade it in that the miles had been ran back TWICE on this vehicle. Original mileage is somewhere in the 200,000 range. To say I’m upset is an understatement. Zero honesty at this place.

Scheduled a Safety recall for my Fiat vehicle. It was a new safety recall. I got there and they told me that they didn't have the right tools to fix the recall because Fiat never sent them the right tool to perform the service. They learned that they didn't have the right tool the day before with another customer, but they didn't bother to call me to reschedule the service.
