Scheduled a Safety recall for my Fiat vehicle. It was a new safety recall. I got there and they told me that they didn't have the right tools to fix the recall because Fiat never sent them the right tool to perform the service. They learned that they didn't have the right tool the day before with another customer, but they didn't bother to call me to reschedule the service. Got my new jeep here, the staff is great
I would not recommend the service dpt. at all. I had my truck back several times for the same problem that they couldnt seem to fix. I had a coolant leak after putting a new head on my truck and it was still losing coolant and they said they couldnt find the leak. I had a rattle that they said they couldnt find so i ended up sending my truck back to the loan company. so i lost my trade and my truck. My pickup truck was in service shop for two hours this morning for a low tire. They worked on it for 2 hours looking for a leak. They couldn’t find a leak and the tire pressure seems normal now. They did not charge me a penny. Great service
