Today Dr. Kelly made a visit to out home and it was the best experience ever! She and her assistant were friendly and professional. They were great with our skiddish kitty and took great care of him. Highly recommend Herrmanns.
We were so happy that we found you when we moved back north! You have been nothing short of awesome when it comes to caring for our 2 older dogs and I recommend you whenever anyone asks.
In my opinion, I wish they had more help in the office so that their techs do not attempt to make appointments. Poor Lucky had to stand on concrete and wait for 35 minutes before being helped by the vet to the Rainbow Bridge on 6/20/17, as they said we were early for our appointment even though Lucky was in severe pain! Appointments have been messed up before as well. I love everything about this clinic! My cat is comfortable with them at the office or when we use the mobile clinic. They honor the scheduled appointment time. They work with their patrons to keep care-cost down. My cat has been sick twice and they got her right in. The staff is amazing!
I just switched to Herrmann after moving to Noblesville and bringing my horses home. I love that I can get the cats, dog and horses all done at the same time. Farm/house call fees for the mobile unit are wonderful, especially compared to other options out there. I have used the mobile unit for a cat, dog and all of my horses. I have also been to the clinic with a sick barn cat. Great doctors who take their time. I never felt rushed! Very happy!
