I just can’t express how wonderful Dr. Herman and his staff are. I had an emergency with my cat and they got me in right away. They were awesome with caring for my cat. The staff was so caring! I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else! Thank you for the excellent care for my cat!!
Dr Herrmann perfectly pairs knowledge with kindness and compassion. He is always practical and considerate to budgets as well. I completely trust him and his staff. My pups don’t even mind going to see him. I have recommended this practice to friends and family and they have all had the same great experience.
Dr. Herrmann and his staff are great! The atmosphere in their clinic is homey and comfortable and doesn’t feel like a medical facility. They take the time to answer your questions and give advice and I always feel like my pets are well cared for. Our youngest pup was neutered this weekend and the next morning they followed up with a phone call to make sure he was doing well. Great vets!
We had to put our greyhound, Ozzie to sleep recently and had been coming here since August when he started limping. The vets here are very compassionate and take the time to explain what is going on. Highly recommend!
My favorite part about using Herrmann is Becky at the front desk. Not only does she make you feel welcome she does the same for your pets. I take both my dogs there (one whom has fear aggression) and both adore her, so much they have to see her before we leave to say farewell. Becky was the sole reason for changing to Herrmann from my previous vet. She made the whole process as simple as possible and is so great about getting us taken care of if we need to be seen.
