It has been 24 days now with no trash service. Called several times. Never once was an apology made. To make matters worse, Sandy (owner and customer service) is the rudest customer service person I have ever experienced. Save yourself a headache and choose Any other service. Curt W

Prices are good, but the receptionist is horrible. She has an attitude every single time I have called (and I've only called 4x in the past 2 years we've had their service). I told her that my yard waste bin was brought out the night before with my trash bin (which was picked up) and wondered why it wasn't picked up on the scheduled morning. She stated that it wasn't out that morning and proceeded to argue with me, essentially insinuating I was a liar. Herrington's consistently forgot to pick up our trash. Whenever I called I was basically yelled at or told they would 'note the concern'. At one point I was told I needed to label their bins myself with tape so they could see tell them apart. This still didn't help. Even when I called to cancel services I was offered no apology or offer to improve on their end. This was after weeks of not receiving services. I have yet to receive a refund for the months I had paid ahead on. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am very new to this company but am already extremely impressed with their customer service and personable, friendly attitude and willingness to serve their community.

Terribly unreliable. I Represent a HOA of 115 and even though we deal directly with the owner (Sandy) she is terribly unreliable, forgetful and does not live up to her word.
