The first time I had gas put in there tank they didn't close the valve all my gas gone no they didn't replace either so they used what I had on my account and that was for the service tech to hook up my stove witch never got done that's why I had money on there account to replace what they supposed to have put back but didn't this time it was leak inside the house they lazy and racist cause if I was like them they would have done their job recently went back in the older lady so rude they don’t hand you a receipt they slide ... read more
This is LONG, but it takes a long time in order to cover it all! If you have a choice, go with anyone but Herring Gas in Brookhaven. (McComb is great)They tracked mud in my house and left a huge mess after connecting my stove. We paid $1100 for the tank, propane and install, and they couldn't clean up behind themselves? They didn't bleed the lines or turn the gas on. Apparently a part of my stove was broken, but no one told me until I called the next day to complain. The technician lied and said he told my daughter. We have recently moved to the area, wanted a tank set up. The office gals were very helpful. Kenny, who delivered and set us up, was contentious and thorough. He even showed me how to light the stove!
