My experience has always been top tier. My service representative Kayla Everett did her best to communicate with me in spite of dealing with a new system. I don't see myself dealing with no one else when it comes to servicing my vehicle.
From the beginning to end Lathario ensured we were satisfied. We were very impressed and pleased with the quality we received. I have purchased two vehicles in the last three months and both times exemplified professionalism, timeliness, and great customer service.

Went to have my oil changed had a coupon once they did the oil change I was notified that I could not use the 6 quart coupon because I had five quarts and was asked to pay a higher amount I told them I only came in with the money that I was told the oil change would cost the representatives told me that she was going to have to pay for the extra and I did not want her to have to do that so she did something to the charges to make it honor the coupon and I do appreciate her for that but I don't understand why if I had a coupo... read more
