THESE GUYS CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE OF $135. IF YOU HAPPEN TO HAVE AN EMERGENCY COME UP, THIS "COUNSELING" CLINIC MAKES YOUR LIFE 10 TIMES WORSE. I spent hours trying to set up an appointment because the receptionist wasn't in the office at 2:00 pm on a Thursday, and she finally tells me this policy the next day (after telling me the paperwork needed to be submitted by February 29th, 2025...). I immediately cancelled. AWFUL, HORRIBLE CLINIC. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I’m so grateful to have found a counselor that has helped me so much in processing and improving my responses to difficult things. Bonus that it’s super easy to make and cancel appointments and their response time is great. Shout out to Will - you are the best bloody therapist ever. Thank you, sir.
