Herrick began eviction right after my heart attack, I was off work for 6 weeks and they didn’t give a damn. I asked for arrangements to catch up but was denied. I immediately got an attorney. I feel stupid for paying $2100. A month for a 330 square foot studio and sleep in a garage! Rented prior for $995. Bad people ! Beware!
Herrick Property management and their staff are absolutely amazing. They are so easy to work with and helpful. I get quick responses to any sort of communication, including repairs. They have become like friends, especially since this is my third rental through them. Just the absolute best!
