I went because a friend told me about them, I told them my insurance paid for a cleaning and bite wings only, I also said it more then once, now I may have to pay alot for that visit I am not happy, will not be going back, I went to talk to them about it they were not friendly, they are only friendly when they get your money, I did not authorize anything except what my insurance covers, not happy feels like I have been robbed, so make sure you have it in writing if you go there,

I now will be taking my family somewhere else. Being blamed for something i had no control over (electronic mishap or malfunction) . Last time my daughter was taken in for her same day appointment, they were asked if she had ANY other appointments and we were told no. My daughter was told she had missed her last appointment by 30 mins when the second front desk lady said she hadnt. Before going to Dr Herren I saw two other dentist to get some teeth pulled that had broken to the gum and one the gum was completely grown back over. Need I say they wouldn't touch me said oral surgeon is what you need. Dr Herren checked me and said he could get them out and that's exactly what he did and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. His staff is wonderful and the office is cheerful and clean, I highly recommend Herren family dentistry.
