I typically, would recommend Herrell’s but went there about a week ago and my friend gets a very happy, warm greeting from his ice cream scooper who put his gloves on to scoop his ice cream and made it fun and light. My guy started to scoop my ice cream with no gloves and then asked me if I wanted to have a cherry on top of my sundae, he reaches for it with his hands!!! Hi Anna, Actually according to the health dept our staff should not be using gloves when serving, unless they have a cut on their hands. They should be washing their hands frequently. We have just added gloves for accepting paper cash as it can perhaps pass the virus. But the best way to prevent the virus is no gloves and lots of hand washing.
It’s my birthday today and I just went in with my husband for some ice cream and was not served. I ended up walking out after 5 people were served that were behind me and my husband. The lady wouldn’t even make eye contact with us. We are Hilltown folk and stand out in Northampton that is the only thing I can think of. Totally rude and bad customer service! I’ve never wrote a bad review for anywhere ever so this means a lot.

The best ice cream I have ever had. Been eating it for over 30 years. The banana ice cream is my favorite but I’ve never had a flavor there I didn’t like.
The dairy free ice cream was so delicious! Lots of options for everyone! The portions are just the right size as well. Yum!
They have the best ice cream and frozen yogurt.
