Through our commercial and residential work they always invest in a team approach to make sure we are delivering the best possible solution. With an in-depth understanding of building science and a goal of improving on each project, we know that having them as the contractor for our designs is going to result in an amazing project.
Jim and Sam were great to work with in the planning phase of an addition that we're not quite ready to pull the trigger on. There's no one else I'd rather work with though after seeing how they worked in just the beginning steps. Their process is really comforting for a personal homeowner because it involved an on-site evaluation and ballpark all before going into a comprehensive quote plan that could end in a price I knew wasn't going to change on me (well without my permission anyway!)
