Was reading some of the reviews and saw some negative experiences. I had dinner there tonight and have been there hundreds of times. Wait staff is awesome and super accommodating! Whether your a large or small party they always do what they can to accommodate you. I've also seen people on the reviews complaining about the beer prices. Good service on a busy Friday night. My philly chicken sub was fresh off the grill but my onion rings were cold and chewy. My aunts burger was fresh off the grill and her onions rings were cold too.
Worst experience I've ever had. Manager was slack to compensate an 1 1/2 wait an hour for the appetizer that we didn't eat! because it looked like it sat for 30 mins in the window, waitress never refilled our drinks. They were far from sincere and could have cared less to save their customers. I will NEVER GO there again!
Fun and festive. Great place to watch a game, meet friends, or entertain your kids. We love Hero's and their hardworking owners + staff, too!
First time going to Heroes. I thought it was ok. Kids liked the pizza, but we ordered mild buffalo wings and there was no flavor. Just a hint of buffalo sauce. All the tv's were nice, but i noticed nobody was watching the big projector screen. It is fuzzy and outdated.I also liked the prices, a little over half as much as we payed at Buffalo Wild wings!
