Indeed the location is beautiful! Unfortunately, as communicated to the owner the day after check in, the unit did not appear to have been properly cleaned prior to our arrival :( Given current concerns related to COVID, this was quite disappointing as was the fact that the grass was high.
Maureen is a most accommodating hostess and her place is magical. We didn't have any expectations upon our arrival but we were so pleasantly surprised. The place is clean, spacious, comfortable but not overdone. The view out every window is breathtaking. My 18 yr olds spent every waking second there fishing and laughing. What more could a parent ask for? We went charter fishing and the captain was able to pick us up at the dock. We felt like royalty. (Maureen hooked us up here too!)
