The manager did a good job and earned 5 stars by coming herself to evaluate the situation and see what damage the maintenance people created instead of fixing properly. She realized that what the maintenance reported was inaccurate and made them responsible of the damage created. She told me that a new dishwasher will be installed soon and apologized for their behavior and poor service. It took about a month until the maintenance arrived with the new dishwasher. Este es un excelente condominio, el servicio de mantenimiento es muy profesionales ,la administradora del condominio y su secretaria son muy amables y profesional, este lugar lo recomiendo por su excelencia y buena administracion.Y debemos de resaltar la seguridad es Excelente los oficiales security son amables y muy responsables, yo salgo 3.00am al trabajo y siempre uno los ve en su recorrido del condominio,es muy tranquilo el lugar ,yo en lo personal entrego 5 🌟

Hereon pointe is an excellent place to live, maintenance is knowledgeable, the management is professional. Especially, Beliser Vinces community manager she is what hereon pointe needs she is respectfully professional and compassionate for everyone! She maintains the property exceptionally and is a great asset to hereon pointe!
