I have called the office 3 times because they left the apartment across from my with NO LOCK for anyone to go in there at any time. I honestly do not feel safe having an empty apartment open to the WORLD. With all the crime that has occurred here recently, I am mortified that the office is not concerned for my safety. When I called, the man who answered showed NO sense of urgency to resolve this security issue. This place charges WAY TOO MUCH for us to have security concerns and no urgency to resolve them. Disgraceful

I’ve been here over 5 years. Seen several managment changes but the worst was the last managment team who let anyone and everyone into the complex including drug dealers in my building. We had to deal with the shooting in my building that made the news. My newest issue is the idiots who moved in downstairs. They have tried to attack me more than once, have out of control parties all hours of the night, and even last time several neighbors have had to call 911 as the unauthorized occupants were screaming threatening to kill p... read more

Danica, we're deeply concerned by the situation you describe in your review. Unfortunately, crime has no address, and these incidents do not reflect our community's residents has a whole. We work diligently to resolve issues between neighbors as they arise, but if you feel uncomfortable in your home, we encourage you to notify law enforcement. Please stop by our leasing office so we can discuss this further.
The new management is horrible, sign a lease and you will regret it, no safety! Unsanitary.
New management is crap, full of lies and can’t be trusted, if you have a job and income there are so many options, since the new manager not owner Charles Crowe took over there are so many vacant apartments, that says it itself, he think he can make up his own rules and think you are suppose to follow them, they give your keys to maintenances men, people that they hire with no background check and tell you to hide your valuables, if you value your safety and sanity do not give this crook running the front office a dime of yo... read more
This is not a place you want to live in if you value your safety,cleanliness or peace of mind.
I have tried to contact these people on 2 separate occasions and no response they have a voicemail that they do not responded to, I live in one of their properties never will I rent from any of them again, they hire people with access to your apartment with no background checks, than tell you to hide your valuables,mantience comes in and out whenever they please even tho I have security cameras,insect infestations, leasing office is rude, disrespectful tries yelling at you like you are a child and they are doing you a favor ... read more
I love the community and how vastly different it is compared to the other communities nearby. The updates are stunning and while it takes some getting used to, management is trying to complete it in a timely manner. So excited for the future!
