Black Mold Dirty Floors Elevators Broken No action for their Residents complaints
I recently looked at one of there properties, the arbors at Carrollwood, the buildings hallways, and stairs were beyond dirty and disgusting, as if they’ve never been pressure washed since they’ve been built. The amount of dirt around the patio sliding glass doors and tracks were also disgusting. If you’re looking for clean I suggest you keep lookinG

VERY strict rules, will find any reason to charge you a fee, this place is very money hungry. if you pay rent with a credit/debit card, they charge you $30 to do so. if you have a dog, be prepared to pay $300-$500 per month extra for the pet to be in your house. maintenance will steal your belongings if not on your patio, in which your really not allowed to have anything on your patio at all, even though you pay an arm and a leg for that space. you pay $10 a month for trash valet but the guys that come around to pick up your... read more
They don't answer their phones. They charge their residents for things without notifying them and then send it to collections.
There is so much that Robbins could improve upon the question is where to start - I moved into a property of theirs, shortly after they purchased the property, while I paid for amenities, there were no amenities because they were renovating, okay - whatever, I was a student at the time, so 90% of the time I was at school.
