Great experience as a tenant, I highly recommend Heron Management!
I lived in a unit for 2 years and had a fairly positive experience with this company. Maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner, staff are friendly and courteous, and the building well maintained and kept clean. Would rent from Heron again in future if the need arose.
I have lived in a unit managed by Heron Management for just shy of three years and could not speak more highly of the entire team. Any inquiries or requests for service I have made have been dealt with promptly and thoroughly, and all of the office staff and technicians are all incredibly helpful and friendly. Renting can be very stressful, but if you are renting in Kingston, you can feel confident that a property with Heron will be without issue!
I wish I could rate them higher however the only interaction I have had was applying over and over and over from a Kijiji add trying to set up a viewing. I keep sending in application after application to view a property that I am sure is probably gone it's a nice looking place at a good price however nobody ever gets back to you and if this is the response to just a viewing I can't imagine how they would deal with repair issues or anything else you might need when renting from them and as discouraged as I am I will keep sen... read more
