It’s pretty disgusting when people that want to supposedly help animals tell an emergency case to go to a hospital further away. Shame on all of you. You don’t deserve to care for any animal.
That above poster, Jennifer, said it best. I was picked up in the car following the cat being scruff led barely hanging on. We all jumped on our phones and googled animal hospital vet hospital and heron Lakes could not render any kind of proper care assist in anyway stabilizing the cat nor had any compassion on their first response so don’t even think the edited response to all of our experiences is actually what they communicated the first time NOT A HOSPITAL, ANIMAL LOVERS BEWARE
