Today I had Jonathan come out after I complained to management about my grass looking not as good as the rest of the neighbors who get the same service. I asked what gives? I wanted to cancel but when I was sold a service that I never had been sold in the last 15 plus years and was shown how the grass was so hard down deep in our lawn vs. theirs I purchased the service.
