RecommendedHad a greats experience and he manger Justice in Grants Pass was amazing!!!! She was so helpful and informative. Keep at it Justice your amazing (much like the food) !
Great food, relaxing atmosphere. Meet one of the owners, who was very nice, and enjoyed chatting with her for a couple minutes. Glad they are supportive of military, first responses, including nurses, and teachers. The food was excellent. When we travel this way again, we'll definitely eat at Heroes. I highly recommend this cute restaurant/bar.
I was basically told to leave because they were to busy with orders from the other side .. so no need to worry bout it I won't be back to eat at your establishment
Their customer service is sub par last time i went and just not worth it. They have cut portions and upped pricing. This is an "OK" deal..but for the lack of friendliness and customer service ive recieved on multiple trips and at their GP AND Medford locations.. ya i wont be back. Keep your subpar food. I told them this issue in person and now on social media and the refuse to do anything about it. Personally ill just take my business elsewhere from now on and id suggest for you to do the same. Dont waste your money.

I started coming here a few months ago. They offered me coupons if i signed up... i did but today they raised the price of my order because i asked for swiss cheese than would not honor the coupon said my meal was already discounted. Bullcrap it was! Not coming back. My burger basket totalled over 7 dollars ....that included a predetermined tip of 67 cents. She said it was because of the cheese....she said was an added 50 cents. Do the math. 5.49 +50+67= over 7 bucks???? No. Not once was i told it would cost me extra for the... read more
