I used Hero Home Services for an electrical issue. The tech Jake Sponsler provided exceptional service! He successfully was able to troubleshoot an elusive problem and solved it, as well as doing a review of my entire breaker box to ensure all was upgraded properly. I recommend Jake highly for his knowledge and professionalism.
Confused. We arranged today, office said it was not on the schedule, then the “how did we do?” Message. Total fail in my book, but zero stars was not an option.
Great feedback and explanations. Very professional and patience with responding to my questions.
Spencer came out for inspection of our HVAC system and was really helpful. He was kind, patient, informative, and super knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend him for your HVAC inspection and maintenance.
I had a toilet, two faucets, and a garbage disposal replaced. Gary Habiger was fabulous. Professional and personable.
