My family and I had a really positive experience with Haley and Sam during our treatment. Our day started out okay. We brought one kid in when they were sent home from school with lice. They were treated, along with one additional family member. It seemed obvious the other child would probably have it so we made another appointment for that afternoon. After driving another hour to get back for the second appointment, child #2 was checked and confirmed to have lice as expected but then it turned out they hadn't made us an appointment to actually treat the kid, just to check for the presence of lice. Haily was absolutely wonderful! She definitely calmed my anxiety about dealing with lice! My 10 year old daughter picked it up from school probably. We initially tried the over the counter stuff and right away I knew it didn’t work the way it claimed. I worked hard on my own to remove everything but I just knew I needed a professional to make sure I got it all. Haily reassured me that my daughter was lice free and also did checks on me and my son. Bethany was gentle with my 9 year olds hair, she answered all our questions and was very friendly. Highly recommend this place, this is our second time and each time every appointment is pleasant with booking to the end. She was quick and knowledgeable :-)
