Lisa was amazing. She was fun, caring and She made the process super easy. She was very informative and explained every detail about what she was doing and after care for my daughter. I hope you never have to go, but if you do I 100% recommend hero.

As a lice first timer, I was absolutely distraught and had no idea what to do. My friend recommended hero lice clinics. But, as a perpetually optimistic DIYer, I was hesitant to pay money for something that I thought maybe I could take care of at home. Was able to get in same day! Sierra was amazing! She educated us step by step on the entire process and follow up. Sierra ensured we had everything we needed to go home and treat the home and family. Highly recommend this place and Sierra!! She was extremely kind and professional

This was our first experience with lice and coming here became an absolute must after I attempted and failed to get all of the nits out. Caitlyn was kind, nonjudgmental, and knowledgeable; she reassured us, answered all of our questions, and comforted my child. The salon was very clean, the team member we had is amazing, and our overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this service and worth every cent.

We had 6–7 visits to Hero Lice Clinic throughout a very difficult lice outbreak at my daughter’s school this spring, and I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience at both locations.
