I have had my hero hoist now for the past 3 months and have used it regularly with my son who is an apprentice mechanic. We have several vehicles that we have put on the hoist with very limited space and room. I have been using lift king 9 for over a year, best thing (apart from the cars and mrs) i have in the garage. I have a 2 car double garage in a residential. This lift is a pefect fit for length and width. Still park 2 cars, spare engine on stand, motorbike and room for a fridge. At full height the 2021 Rav4 fits under comfortably. Whilst i cant raise a car on it to full height due to ceiling i get the falcon up enogh to sit on wheely set without bashing my head on the car chassis. I have no idea what these unhappy people are on about. Rowan gave great service to me. I have learning difficulties and have to measure and re-measure and still get confused. Rowan was very patient to make sure I got the model best for me. Wouod recommend to anyone.
The owner of this company took issue with me saying that western companies that manufacture in China and control their own quality can make a perfectly good product on YouTube. It ended with Him threatening physical Harm on me. Not a professional owner, he has some kind of temper problem/emotional issues. I wish I could screen shot it on here, he’s unbelievable.
