RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about this company! They are always responsive and prompt, even in the midst of a heat wave. They are very caring and want to make sure that their customers are satisfied. We are never charged for unnecessary things and the technicians are courteous and make sure we understand the scope of the work being done. We have 2 older systems that need a bit of pampering and Hero has always been successful in making sure that everything is correct!
