Ordered 2 disc last week for my dogs and I got the wrong size, contacted them to let them know it was the wrong size, they told me to keep the ones got and sent the right size out to me (in 2 days) with an extra disc inside (along with a keychain and sticker) I am very happy with the costumer service and WILL be ordering more through them!!! Thank you, I have some happy dogs!!!
