placed an order a few weeks ago and it never showed as being shipped so after 2 weeks I emailed hero discs and they immediately responded, sent a replacement order and then followed up with me a few days ago to make sure it arrived! my dog is super happy with his dics and I'm happy with the customer service! Started frisbee with my 7 month old Dobe just recently with tractor supply cloth flyer and a plastic disc. Didn't last more than a few minutes before they were both destroyed. Ordered a Hero Disc Super Aero. Fast shipping. Soon as it came we started using it, and it is amazing! Half an hour of use and I cant even tell my dog had it in his mouth yet, looks brand new. Flies great, and feels great throwing it! Oh and they sent me an extra disc at no charge! Awesome People At Hero Disc USA! Thank You!😁
