Hero Athletics is an incredible, LGBTQ+ friendly, community driven, and inspiring place to work out, have fun kickboxing, learn jiujitsu, and meet people from all different walks of life. Shamir the owner is an amazing person, and gives everything she has to making this space welcoming to everyone, and my experience here has been filled nothing but kindness, inclusion, and positivity
Let me tell you about this place…. There’s not enough stars to tell you how awesome the environment and people are Ken- awesome instructor and friendly loved his kickboxing class! Shamir- love love love her BJJ classes she’s awesome, friendly, and so strong! Very inspiring! Chris- another great BJJ instructor love his vibe!! Overall, awesome place to learn, gain skills, build confidence and have growth!

A welcoming gym for all. If you’re looking for a welcoming community, this is the place for you. Doesn’t matter where you are at in your fitness journey, Shamir and her team will help you. A well rounded place to help you meet your needs.
Amazing gym to work out at. Everyone is welcoming and the coaches really care about your goals. I cannot recommend thus gym enough
