This place rocks! Shamir is amazing, welcoming and very knowledgeable. It’s a versatile space with a variety of class offerings. Shamir has also cultivated a social environment that feels safe enough for women that they are the majority training there. I can’t recommend this gym enough.

Amazing! All of the coaches are kind and respectful. Starting a new sport at 30 is intimidating but the coaching team are passionate , welcoming and experts in the sport. Its a very inclusive environment/community. I have loved bjj and strength training here. Highly recommend.
