Vladimir was serviced our house several times over the past two years. We love him. He always does clean and precise work, provides a range of options that fit our needs, and we feel we have improved the value and dependability of our home because of him.
Needed an AC repair and they were able to schedule a diagnostic visit (same-day), assess the problem, acquire a part (for an older unit), and have the whole system back up and running within a span of 2-3 hours. Amazing service and great communication; will definitely use Hero Air again!
Luis came in, got the equipment started temporarily, and immediately got to work ordering a replacement part. I have old equipment, and he made no attempt to upsell me. Just did the job and ordered the new part, came back the next day and fixed it. Also just a super nice guy.
