Friendly, timely, knowledgeable service with good communication. Needed the annual furnace check to give us peace of mind for the cold winter months. The tech wore shoe covers too as a courtesy. Hero Air has done work for us in the past for an air conditioning issue that they resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
