Very quick response, very nice, and seemed to do a good job. The upcharge on replacement parts is pretty wild ($259 for the part and install when it retails for $24-33), but at least my heat is back on! $85 for the diagnostic for a total of $344. Would love to see diagnostic fee applied to the cost of repair or replacement, because that's pretty stiff for work completed in under 30 minutes.
Jose was fantastic! His demeanor was very amicable, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair accordingly. He also did a great job of articulating the root cause of the issue, and offered tips for prevention. I also appreciated him asking me about other service needs, beyond my furnace issue. It shows dedication to customer service, as well as business acumen to identify other needs. I commend José for a job well done.
The whole team at Hero Air is awesome. They are attentive, diligent, and are committed to delivering excellent results. They replaced my water heater in a timely manner and for a fair price. I definitely would use them again. Thank you, Vladimir and Jose!
