Hero Air replaced my air conditioner and furnace when my old system reached the end of its life cycle. From the initial assessment to installation, everything was professional and efficient. They provided clear quote options, arrived on time, and communicated well throughout. Vladimir and his team did an excellent job. They set up the new smart thermostat and showed me how to use it, and the new system is noticeably quieter. I'm very happy with the experience and highly recommend Hero Air.

My furnace, which is more than 20 years old, wouldn't ignite, so I called Hero. Tech was out the next morning, on time, and fixed the problem in a couple of hours for a reasonable charge. No attempt to sell me a new system, just a quick, accurate diagnosis and repair. This is my third time calling Hero and each time the service has been flawless.

Great first experience working with HeroAir. The team was so easy to book and work with, arrived on time and worked efficiently. They were super knowledgeable about my system and called out a few other helpful tips/tricks we didn't know we needed! They helped hone in on the issue and didn't try and upsell!
