I inquired about scheduling a consultation for OPUS. I received texts and I no one called. I then replied to the texts asking how much the consultation fee was, and again, no answer to my question. I asked if the consultation fee was refunded if I fulfilled my obligation by attending, and again, no answer. If you want a text only business, I guess, this is the place for you. If you want personalized attention, go elsewhere.
My daughter appointment is for 11:00am and been sitting waiting for 45 minutes with no explanation on the delay till I decided to ask and then they said doctor is behind and she will be seen soon. Within couple minutes they brought her back and probably sitting in the back waiting. I would recommend anyone come to this office please stay on top or they will make you wait for 45 minutes like my daughter. So disappointed.
Great when you can get an appt but I have called many times and it goes to voicemail. Hard to get an appt because of that
I think Dr. Dang-Vu is the best Dermatologist there is. Very knowledgeable on everything. I travel an hour to see her. She's that good.
Dr. Dang-Vu is very listened thoroughly and took time to understand my needs. She helped me find a solution that will help, and worked to find a follow up appointment time and location that works for me.
