I think Dr. Dang-Vu is the best Dermatologist there is. Very knowledgeable on everything. I travel an hour to see her. She's that good.
Dr. Dang-Vu is very listened thoroughly and took time to understand my needs. She helped me find a solution that will help, and worked to find a follow up appointment time and location that works for me.
Oh my goodness I can never get a hold of anyone in this office. My son had a horrible skin condition and the doctor gave me a sample of a cream to use, as well as a prescription for it. The cream worked wonder but we ran out after a week because it was only a sample. Well, that medication requires a prior authorization and it’s taken 2 weeks of calling and nudging them and it’s still not done, and my son is SUFFERING.
