"I have original Medicare. They have signage that states they take Medicare but I have called to make an appointment they said I can not be seen without a referral. I was told by my PM that with Original Medicare you do not need a referral to be seen. I went to the location and they again told me that I could not be seen without a referral that is their policy. I also was treated terribly and was screamed and yelled at by the lady name Emma because I thought I didn’t have my insurance. United Healthcare sent me six cards and then Humana , which is the one I’m supposed to be on did not make the appointment because of the confusion with my healthcare insurance. that woman,EMMA,screamed and yelled at me, and then she told me Now you’re gonna pay!!!!
