Very rough cleaning to the point of breaking a tooth. Went back into office the next day but staff tried to convince me that the tooth had not been broken. My dentist was not available and her colleague who had never examined my teeth before NEVER looked at my previous x-rays loaded on the screen but tried to convince me that my bite illustrated that the top of the tooth had not been broken. I have been a patient at the office for many years. I am disappointed to the point of tears.
I have been going here a long time and have always been pleased with the caring staff as well as the work that I have had done. Highly recommend.
