My neighbors recommended and their yard was great. I tried to contact for a year before he finally setup something solid.. I paid in installments and Joey had no idea how much was owed each time. I made the big mistake of allowing his workers to use my bathroom (i know!! Dont allow anyone in your house!!) and $6k ring went "missing". We discussed and agreed on things and when they weren't done he tried to turn it around like it was not clear and my fault and I did not understand.
