Dr. Hernandez really works well with various trauma related anxieties and my ongoing agoraphobia. I make my appointments 3 months in advance because she is good and worth the waiting. Once you are established you can schedule more than one appointment at a time but always give a 24 hour cancel notice. It is to give another person who may be in a emergency state availability to come in on the fly as she has a wait list. I've seen Dr. Hernandez for 3+years. She is a calm and present psychologist who works at ur pace w/ guidance on how to get the most of ur time in session. She taught me coping skills via CBT first and then I took a few months off from therapy. New events occured in life and I went back to therapy w/ her. It's like seeing an old friend. We worked together at my pace and she is always tuned into my words/emotions. Books up fast, schedule early, give 24hr cancel, calls if she can see u earlier.
