Excellent customer service. Kind and caring staff. The staff showed compassion and understanding.
Thank you very much to Dr. William Hernandez Jr And Staff. My appointment was a very excellent procedure.. Everyone on staff was very courteous and knew their job well. All the Staff was well very patient with me. They explained what they were doing step by step so I could understand . They wrote some instructions so I could see what I needed to do the next 48hours. it was my first time there and I had a lot of questions the nurses were very very nice and very knowledgeable and explained to me what would be my best options and they did not pressure me to do anything .. I WILL BE GOING BACK FOR MY WORK NEEDED TO MY TEETH

I was recommended by two people and was surprised by the outcome. I called to make an appointment and they had me do online forms. When it came to my appointment time I was in and out in no time. Everyone was friendly and my work done was quick and careful.
