Very dedicated and respectful – Some one recommended me this company and I gave it a shot for a small project, the did an excellent job, then me and my wife decided to hire them for a bigger project which was our patio tile and fireplace.
Unprofessional, poor quality. – I recently had a bad experience with the above company. I hired them to install a floor and after a week the floor started to fall apart . I try to contact the business owner and he ignored my phone calls and he responded after several attempts eight months later. This is a very aggresive man, unpleasant to work with, unreliable, and performs a poor job. I do not recommend his services to anyone!

I talked to the owner to see if this was true, and she said, they always arrange a solution if the customer has any issue with the service they delivered, she doesn't understand why would some put a negative comment. They've been rated "A" by B= for their excellence in customer service and quality of work
