Worst Customer Service EVER! – I recently remodeled my home, and was in the market for carpet. I was told that Hernadez Carpet had good prices. I went and found the prices to be average. I was in a rush so I decided to just go with them. I called the person who was helping me and he did not return my call for 3 days. I Love Hernandez Carpet – Completely untrue.... I have purchased carpet and flooring on numerous occasions and they have been nothing short of perfection. From their wonderful Customer Service to their incredible prices, your review is far off from any and ALL experiences that my famly and I have EVER had at Hernandez Carpet. Over priced, terrible quality, awful customer service – They have worse prices than The Home Depot. As an installer for and licensed contractor I would recommend you don’t go to this place. They should call them self’s terrible serves form the hood. Note most of there products are stuff that have some kind of defect, or damaged. Awful customer service
