Don’t ever buy shoes at this location of Hermes. I bought a $1500 pair of sneakers and wore them one time because they squeaked so loud they were embarrassing to wear. I took them back to ask them to replace them or repair them and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it except send it back to Paris to see if they could be fixed and that would take 6 to 9 months with no guarantee that they could be fixed. Favorite brand
The knowledge of the Lady who works is absolutely 0 about the products.( Can’t remember her name,dark long hair) The way she talks is unacceptable. Shame on you Hermes for putting people in the front who has no knowledge and respect.
Regina was amazing, immediately and fully attentive, patient while I navigated the store for the first time. It was a great experience overall!
