Larissa is the best!!! I am so lucky to have her as a sales associate and friend. She really puts extra time and energy into making me and my husband feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone at the store; from management, to sales associates, to security are all extremely friendly and kind. WOW incredibly rude. My first time ever at Hermes store was in LA on Rodeo Drive. I walked in and was not helped at all. Not even one person approached me. I looked for a person and asked to see some scarfs. The person helping was not really helping. No suggestions, no questions, nothing. I went to my hotel got on line found what I liked and came back to the store and bought my item. Different sales person and also incredibly rude. I gave up on Hermes for years. Luxury shopping at it's finest. Plenty of handbags on "display only". But plenty of nice ties, shoes, perfumes, lipsticks, and makeup.
