I had a maintenance emergency on a Friday night and Mr. Tim left everything he was doing to help me. He drove from he was all the way to Lenader to solve my issue. He is the kindest hard working Dude! He is the best!

I stopped by today to tour these apartments during walk-in hours and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, the leasing agent was in a back room on the phone. She saw us come in but didn't acknowledge us or let us know she'd be with us shortly. We waited for a bit, and I eventually had to say, "Excuse me, is anyone here?" Overall, my experience has been very good. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is helpful, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I am satisfied with living here and would recommend it to others.

The community is extremely beautiful, well maintained with many amenities for our use. We’ve had a great experience at Hermosa Village, and Valerie as our property manager has been a big part of that. She made our move-in smooth and hassle-free, and she’s always helpful with anything we need — even the small stuff. She genuinely cares about the residents and puts effort into building a sense of community here. Really happy with our decision to move in.
